This hotel lacks SO much compared to other Marriotts or other hotels I've stayed in. Check in was ok. The staff was polite. There are no complimentary anything (no breakfast or even a microwave in the room). Fortunately there was a tiny fridge to keep some cans of soda. The room set up was terrible. I don't like the layout at all. The pillows were mush and not comfortable. The room was clean. The shower was worst! There is only a single glass panel that didn't close all the way so you freeze! And water goes everywhere! It even leaks out of the glass panel on the bottom too. I've never had a cleaning service in the morning unless requested. I was sleeping and I heard a knock. Wasn't sure if it was my room because it was so quiet. By the time got up to check she was coming in the room and I declined. The only reason my door wasn't locked inside was because my husband went downstairs to the lobby less than 5 minutes before and she entered after watching him leave. Definitely not good. She could have asked him if we wanted service. I hope to find a better place for my next stay
