“The room was clean and shower was good with heat and pressure, but sliding door leaked. Water bottle filling station and breakfast was good!”

“THE PARKING IS $20. THE WIFI WAS $10. The pool STUNK like bleach. I found a dead stink bug on the curtains by the elevators. Breakfast is not included. Parking is far when available. ”

“Staff was nice, easy check in. Once we entered the room, pillows was dirty. Floors had not been vacuumed. Sheets was dirty and looks like someone slept in the bed. Tv was not working. Called for help, noone ever came. Checked out early and wil never stay here again. Never received an apology or compensation for the last night I didn't stay. ”

“The rooms are not clean they seem to be rushed. Hair on the ceiling, clogged sink, dust in. Vanity bathroom, hair on the TV, humidity in. The bathroom wall paper seems to have a bit of mold growing. Convenience for location, staff is friendly, but the rooms are not cleaned properly. ”

“I think it may have recently changed ownership. This property needs a lot of work, they try but seem to be lacking customer service skills. Room was clean and basic, on the third floor, after getting our belongings to our room we went for dinner. Came back and the elevator is broken. Today had to use the stairs to get our belongings back to our vehicle. I know this is our of their control but an offer of assistance would have gone a long way. ”
