“Great location and great pool area for families.”

“Bathrooms were not cleaned well but the kids loved the pool & hot tub.”

“Even with the confirmed booking they tell me that my booking is cancelead and go check any other locations and then instead of suites they allocate 2 seperate rooms to accomodate my young kids to be left out in a seperate room. On the name of breakfast they have a option of Grab and go and they have only Oatmeals packets with warm water”

“I arrived at the property around 9:30pm just to be told they didn’t have a room available for me despite me having made a reservation well in advance, the front desk person was rude and less than helpful. Possibly the worst experience I’ve had on vacation”

“the hotel is very old, the staff who can speak english was helpul but some of them couldnt communicate , the gym was closed and abandone, the breakfast only have waffles on the weekend and it is very limited.. and hte smell of smoke in the rom and hallways is terrible, not to mention the smoke alarm going off all the time”

“Rooms were disgusting. Bedspread, pillows and sheets were discolored n the room smelled horrible as well. Floor and bathroom were not maintained or cleaned hardly ever. It hasn't been maintained in quite awhile. Wouldn't stay here ever again.”

“It’s beside to a graveyard, you will only gate a view of this from the window. No elevator, smoke and smell in the corridor. Bad breakfast. Parking lot also has no cameras. Shady area.”
