“The staff at Drury Inn & Suites Southwest St. Louis were one of the highlights of the property. They were very friendly and wanted to make the stay an excellent experience. For us, the location was important. This was a central location at a good value.”

“We walked into the hotel at 8pm. There was a single person working the front desk. She was doing the best she could but a long line had formed. Their was a smell of smoke in the entryway. Many people were having issues with their door keys failing. Walking to our room we could tell that the carpet and wallpaper was old. Didn't see any cleaning staff or anyone else. Opened the door to our room and immediately found the smell of covered up smoke from years of smoking in the room. Layers of...

“Nice property in the St. Louis area! Very clean and luxurious feel to it. Very safe area as it is up in the mountains and away from the city, police department is even next door. Everything is in walking distance. Our room had a very comfortable king size bed, a couch, nice chair with foot stool, desk with computer chair, fridge and small microwave. The continental breakfast even had Jimmy Dean sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. We were only there one night so we didn't get to enjoy any of the...

“The room was very uncomfortable, very loud noises from the highway outside, no noise cancelling in that room whatsoever. The comforter on the bed was very thin and light, not comfortable or warm at all. Blinds didn’t cut out the light either. Most Holiday inns that I have stayed at have been great, not this one unfortunately. The staff were the only good thing here. They were nice and welcoming.”
