“Had to cancel my trip due to a family emergency and they were not willing to give me a voucher for another stay and refused to refund my deposit. Won't stay there again and won't book through Expedia ever again!!!”

“El escusado estaba tapado cuando llegamos. Lo reporte al front desk para que me enviaran a alguien de mantenimiento. La respuesta no fue la que esperaba. Me dieron un destapacaños para que yo lo hiciera, y me comentaron que ya no tenían habitaciones disponibles por lo que ojalá que lo lograra destapar yo. Muy mal servicio, y más cuando el escusado ya estaba dañado antes que llegara yo. La zona parece peligrosa, por la noche los huéspedes del cuarto de a lado no pararon de hacer ruido y hablar...

“We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were not the greatest we have ever seen. Which is not to say they were not good. The most enjoyable part of the room was the very nice, large shower, how dark the room was at night, and how exceptionally quiet it was. A concern we usually have with hotels is the noise from the hallways, adjacent rooms, or the environment outside. This room (3rd floor) satisfied all of those concerns. Plus, the hotel is not directly in the heart of downtown Clayton, which...
