“first of all, 4 days without hot water and no solution just nothing the front desk can say or do, basically kills the entire stay. The breakfast is okay but the breads are not great. If this is really a hotel, everything must be working and working all the time, no if's or but's. Parking they charge $10/day whilst it should be open parking, again not good.”

“Plenty of parking, a Starbucks and a restaurant next door, easy access to a main street and major highways. Nice workout room, snacks/drink mart at the front desk, large lobby with seating. The room was clean and comfortable, large bathroom. Top notch.”

“Hotel che utilizzo tutte le volte che vado a St.louis. Ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità, grande, con tutti i servizi disponibili, in zona comoda e sicura. Ottima colazione, parcheggio riservato. Il personale non è cortese e le camere a volte potrebbero essere più pulite le camere sono molto ampie e confortevoli, anche per soste lunghe. ”

“The rooms themselves need better cleaning. The carpet, windows & drapes were dirty. Casinos always smell of smoke even though non smoking. It was just okay. We were trying to stay out of a storm with potential hail, garage parking there.”

“The only thing that bothered me was that they didn’t have any Concierge service. They were unable to provide additional amenities in the room for our birthday surprise other than that everything was great, and the staff was very friendly, and the property is very swank.”
