Il personale non è cortese e le camere a volte potrebbero essere più pulite le camere sono molto ampie e confortevoli, anche per soste lunghe. ”

“first of all, 4 days without hot water and no solution just nothing the front desk can say or do, basically kills the entire stay. The breakfast is okay but the breads are not great. If this is really a hotel, everything must be working and working all the time, no if's or but's. Parking they charge $10/day whilst it should be open parking, again not good.”

“Plenty of parking, a Starbucks and a restaurant next door, easy access to a main street and major highways. Nice workout room, snacks/drink mart at the front desk, large lobby with seating. The room was clean and comfortable, large bathroom. Top notch.”

“The only thing that bothered me was that they didn’t have any Concierge service. They were unable to provide additional amenities in the room for our birthday surprise other than that everything was great, and the staff was very friendly, and the property is very swank.”

“Service at the breakfast restaurant was terrible and food was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the price. They need a new key system. Every time we left, our keys lost their coding and we couldn’t get back into our room without going to the front desk. Ice & water machines had a moldy smell, so we didn’t use. Front desk staff was superb, and the 1st floor patio garden rooms were exceptional. ”
