“They are doing active construction now, messy and garbage all over, it smells too, the rooms are getting renovated, I found water on the floor in the room, the bathroom shower and tub were rusty, the toilet pan was small and misfit with wrong toilet seat. The soap and shampoo were not fitted on the wall. I have pictures of all these if you need. the overall experience was horrible. I tried talking to the staff but they could not help. I would really like a refund for this stay.”

“It looks as if the property is undergoing a renovation. But it was still worthy of the stay. The renovation was not disruptive, or unsightly. Lots of parking close to a lot of different restaurants. Not far off the interstate as well. Would definitely book there again. ”

“Our stay at this hotel was a major disappointment from start to finish. The property is clearly old and neglected—the hallway had a persistent, unpleasant smell, the carpet in the room looked decades old, and the towels and bed cover carried a musty odor. To make matters worse, the microwave didn’t work, the TV had only a handful of channels, and the online photos bore little resemblance to the tired, worn-down reality we walked into.
