“Walked off elevator to the smell of Marijuana all throughout the 2nd floor hallway. The smell remained the entire 2 day stay.”

“Loved having a parking garage available. Having a dog area was great. Nice location with a movie theater right across the street. Hotel in a very safe area. Pressure on shower was excellent. Breakfast choices were very good. Refrigerator with a freezer was a tremendous amenity. Wonderful hotel except decor was tired. Also, the tranquilly of our room of three days was compromised by having the pool room directly below our room. Better design should have been done since hotel is charging full...

“There was an issue with the bed frame in our room where the plastic bumper/cap was missing, leaving a sharp exposed metal corner sticking out beyond the mattress. I accidentally bumped into it and it ripped my jeans. I reported it to staff, but no one came to address the issue during our stay. Even after reporting it, the exposed metal continued causing problems throughout the trip. My daughter caught her pants on it multiple times, and my formal dress also snagged on it. Thankfully neither...

“Really nice breakfast selection. I think they were having an issue with some of the AC units. Some areas a little musty. Staff was very professional.”

“There was some remodeling going on. Baseboards were gone on the first level. Shower drain in room 308 was slow and shower spigot wouldn't come on completely. But overall, clean and comfy.”

“We only stayed one night. We were in the area for a concert. The staff was great. They volunteered shuttle service to and from our venue which was much appreciated would definitely recommend this hotel”

“The white sheets were stained brown. Holes and rot in the bathroom door, tp hanger was broken.promised lake view turned into parking lot view. Price was cheap, but still not a bargain!”

“Ricky was great and fixed our leaking toilet and helped with supplies, The other guy was terrible. The WiFi didn’t work at all. The hotel is old and needs a major overhaul. Breakfast bar had old bananas, 2 cold cereals, mini waffles and canned gravy with biscuits. (I took my own food for breakfast). The mattresses are SHOT so you will have a back/hip ache. The best thing was that Ricky was nice, helpful and had a nice smile.”
