In regards to the cleanliness of the room, I wish we could of been made aware as soon as you found this as it is certainly not something you should expect to find here at our property. We strive to ensure our rooms are clean and sanitized and rooms are verified by a supervisor before release. We will be looking into this and investigating it further.
