“The house was clean and very well prepared for our visit (including Christmas decorations in the house). Tony stayed in touch with us all along, and was quick to respond when we had questions. “Billy Boy Retreat is a beautifully appointed home. We were there in March so the swimming pool wasn’t open but we enjoyed the patio with its plastic enclosure , hot tub, tv and fire table. Anything you could think of needing was available at this home. We also enjoyed a Saturday afternoon trip at the Coal Tipple brewery.”

“I needed a place to stay while my daughter visited the Franciscan Campus. Very clean and nicely done for and older home. The K-cup coffee was a real treat and timesaver. The houses around the unit are run down but that is not the owners fault.”

“This property was amazing! The grounds are very pretty and well maintained. The house was clean and has lots of character. The only area that maybe needed a wipe down was the refrigerator as there were lots of crumbs and sticky spots. The upstairs shower curtain also seemed like it needed to be changed. “This property was terrible. We arrived to find the house filthy and all the beds unmade. Trash everywhere, food left out on counters, blood in one of the beds. We could not stay here and booked another hotel at 11:00 PM in Pittsburgh. I have never seen such a filthy vacation rental. ”
