Piacevolissimo Soggiorno
Siamo stati tre giorni al LABRANDA Alyssa Suite Hotel. Il posto e' bello. Le camere confortevoli e il ristorante e' ottimo. Il personale e' stato gentilissimo e ci hanno fornito anche la prima colazione alle 6 del mattino prima della partenza per l'aereoporto.

Struttura nuova, non molto grande e quindi poco caotica con un bellissimo giardino. Unico neo la cucina di bassa qualità.

Mooi en ruim ingepland bungalow hotel. Wat goedkoop gebouwd en afgewerkt. Maar voorzien van alle comfort en met een overheerlijke keuken Wij hadden een heerlijke vakantie dankzij de inzet en vriendelijkheid van al het personeel. Mooie wandelingen langs de promenade aan zee die vlakbij is.

Lovely last minute stay
We booked very last minute so there was very little choice for family accommodation but overall we had a lovely stay. The price was quite high but that is to be expected for the school holidays though it was a nice surprise for food and drinks to be included. It was nice to have a separate living room to the bedroom and a little patio area at the front. Only downside is that it didn't take our young son long to figure out how to open the front door to get outside! The pool area was really nice, there is a shallow pool which is warmer, ideal for younger kids.

hotel bonito, funcionários fantásticos.
Hotel bonito, localizado numa zona calma. Os funcionários foram sempre simpáticos e atenciosos. Os quartos são grandes e limpos com camas confortáveis. o wi-fi no quarto é muito mau. A comida é boa mas a fruta não é muito variada. Durante a minha estadia apreciei que as espreguiçadeiras ficavam reservadas logo cedo, enquanto os hospedes iam tomar o pequeno almoço, o que não é bom porque quem quer ir à piscina não tem onde sentar com cadeiras cheias de toalhas e poucas pessoas.

En general muy bien aunque nuestra habitacion ain funcionaba con llave antigua lo cual no era muy practico, puertas y ventanas no son faciles de abrir y cerrar. Nuestra habitacion tenia vistas al mar y a Fuerteventura. Dos noches entraron cucarachas y nos dieron spray para matarlas, luego no vimos mas, son de las voladoras y es facil que entren pues las habitaciones son tipo bungalow. Se puede aparcar facilmente en el propio recinto y si no, al lado. Faltaria mas variedad en los desayunos especialmente y en el bar de la piscina.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich klasse. Die Suite hatte ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und einen Wohnbereich mit eigenem Kühlschrank, den wir zur Kühlung der Getränke viel benutzt haben. Von der nach Süden ausgerichteten Terrasse hatten wir einen schönen Meerblick. Hier wäre noch ein Sonnenschutz hilfreich. Das WLAN war in unserer Suite leider sehr schwach. Insgesamt war die Anlage sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Pool war sehr schön, groß und sauber. Die Becken hatten unterschiedliche Temperaturen, so dass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Die Mahlzeiten waren der Hammer. Eine riesige Auswahl und alles sehr nett angerichtet und lecker und abwechslungsreich. Sehr nettes Personal. Eine echte Wohlfühlanlage. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Wonderful stay
We was a family of 7 Apartments next door to each other without asking . Accommodation clean And comfortable Food was good we never went hungry. Staff friendly Bar outside abit cold but it was February. Location good cross the road and-cut down to the sea front . We will definitely be back next year

Lovely hotel
Just come back from a weeks stay at this hotel, we couldn’t really fault it, all inclusive food really nice something for everyone, local alcohol drinks which we found ok, you can pay extra for premium all inclusive If you prefer premium branded drinks think it was 15 euro pp per Day. 99% of staff really friendly and gave a good service. Children’s pool heated.night time entertainment area abit on the small side.overall for the price we paid we was happy with our stay.

We had an amazing stay and looking to book again. The hotel and staff were lovely and were always around if needed. The all inclusive package was well worth it only thing they could maybe think about is what food they offer for children pizza gets a little boring after a few days. Look forward to returning again

Good value but nothing special
A value for money, all-inclusive hotel. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Typical buffet restaurant; breakfast was good, with omlettes/eggs cooked to order but coffee / tea provided by machine. Lunch and dinner were fair but limited variation, and very little choice for vegetarians. House wine was awful! Branded alcoholic drinks, including cocktails were charged extra - as was bottled water! The hotel also charges for use of the in-room safe (I have not encountered that policy for several years!) but will not accept liability for valuables that may go missing if guests do not use the safe, so cannot understand why this is not just included in the room price. The (outdoor) pool bar was the only communal area to sit (but this was very cold in the evening in January!); there is a small, rather soulless lobby bar but that only opens at 9pm. There are no bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity if guests want to have a break from the "all-inclusive" buffet food. Beware! check-out time is strictly 12 noon; we received a phone call from Reception at 12:05 to remind us, just as we were closing our cases!

Excellent for families
I have spent 6 nights at this hotel (X-Mas period 2019) with my family (4 in total, 2 kids). The service was excellent, good food, good location and excellent and clean house (two rooms, living room and bathroom). The only drawback is that the water in the main pool is too cold. I would suggest to anyone that is travelling with the family. Leonardo

Es nuestra segunda estancia en este alojamiento. Lo mejor es la ubicación en una zona tranquila (aunque lejos de la playa) y los bungalows donde te alojas aunque en esta ocasión salían malos olores de las tuberías del baño. No lo comunicamos al hotel porque, dado que pasas casi todo el día fuera, no le dimos más importancia. Lo que nos ha resultado decepcionante en esta ocasión es la gestión de las normas de la piscina. En principio, advierten que está prohibido bañarse con hinchables, tirarse de cabeza (la piscina cubre muy poco), reservar las hamacas, etc. Sin embargo, nos encontramos con que todo eso se hacía sin que el personal encargado hiciera nada para evitarlo resultando muy molesto al ser un espacio pequeño y encontrarse el hotel lleno. El tema de las hamacas resultó bastante estresante: a las 8 de la mañana ya estaban todas "reservadas" llegando algunos huéspedes a tener que trasladar la propia hamaca de su bungalow a la piscina. Un hotel de 4 estrellas no debería tener estos problemas. Por lo demás el sitio es muy bonito y el personal, en su mayoría agradable, pero no sé si en esta ocasión lo recomendaría para quien busca un lugar para relajarse.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet établissement avec ma femme et mes 2 enfants. L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique! Les chambres sont organisées en bungalows de 2 logements (donc plutôt calme). Elles sont joliment décorées, spacieuses, avec une belle terrasse! Les allées sont somptueusement garnies de végétations locales (dont je suis fan!). La piscine est très jolie aussi et parfaitement entretenue. Le personnel est efficace et souriant. L’hôtel est bien placé, au pied de la magnifique Montana Roja! A pied: 5 minutes de la promenade du bord de mer, 15 minutes de la très jolie plage Flamingo, 10 minutes du parc aquatique Aqua lava... Le buffet est dans l’ensemble tout à fait correct (surtout les petits déjeuners). Les petits bémols: - plats du snack pas bons! - canapé convertible du salon pas très confortable (pour des adultes en tout cas)... - le coin des terrains pas tout à fait bien entretenu... - pas toujours facile de trouver un transat de libre... Mais à 120€ la nuit pour 4, en all inclusive, le rapport qualité/prix est excellent!

Fantastic location by the volcano and close walk to the beach. Excellent food and friendly staff. Good value and we will go back. Watch out with food allergy into as other guests told us not that accurate and could be misleading.

Excellent séjour
Petite structure, bungalows dispersés dans un magnifique jardin, certaines suites ont une vue sur la mer. Les suites sont confortables bien équipées et très bien décorées. La formule all in est correcte, bon petit déjeuner, les plats des déjeuners et dîners sont assez simples et répétitifs, les cocktails proposés sont trop sucrés une grande partie des cocktails est payante. Côté piscine, une légèrement chauffée mais pas suffisamment. Animation discrète en soirée.

The Alyssa suite hotel was very clean and the food was great. There's stuff for the kids to do in the day but the evening entertainment could be better. Overall a very nice hotel with very friendly staff.

Lovely, quiet hotel
We had a lovely, relaxing week. It was a luxury to lounge on a sunbed while watching people walk up the volcano rim which overlooked the hotel (only a 20 minute walk). Would love to go again.

Lovely place
Lovely modern spacious bungalows with private south facing terrace. Nice relaxing scenic location with partial sea views set beneath an extinct volcano. Food was great, all the staff were pleasant and efficient. Entertainment on some nights was good. Only fault was the very loud noise almost everyday from maintenance cleaning the landscaped areas with leaf blowers.

Un hotel agradable que no tiene 4 estrellas
Un hotel que que se a subido al barco de las islas canarias, en el que se a subido una media de entre 500 a 1000 euros por estancia media, sin mejorar en nada los servicios ofertados. Las instalaciones son lo único que se podría realzar de toda la estancia de 15 días allí. El bufete bueno pero poca variedad, los profesionales que trabajan adecuados pero pocos. La animación, una persona que tiene que entretener a los niños y amenizar la estancia de los adultos, ridículo. No hay un TI, hay un TI y un TI PREF, que anuncia que todas las bebidas nacionales están incluidas,ejemplo el ron Arehuca que es canario no entra, la diferencia entre ellos son unas pocas bebidas que no todas y las que entran en el TI son alcohol barato no hay mas diferencia. Todas las bebidas son de polvos, no hay forma de desayunar ni un simple zumo de naranja en un hotel de 4 estrellas para desayunar. Cobrar y no dar servicio en relación a lo que pagas. Se están cargando el ir a las islas.

Adults only??
Hotel didn't have my booking on arrival due to a cancellation error. Hotel itself is ok, wouldn't call it 4* as it's missing some basic things to bring it up to that standard. Something as simple as a water fountain to be able to get a drink after AIl inclusive service stops Was sold it as adults only, full of children!
