What I didn’t like was our room reservation wasn't available because it was occupied for the first night, so they had to graded us. The next day we had an reservation for their best room but this time it was supposedly in maintenance so it wasn’t available. They gave us the “exclusive suite” and they cover all our meals for two days for the inconvenience. But the truth was it was actually given to another guest. We went to sleep yet that night we woke up several times to a rat going through our bags and gifts which were ruined durning the night. We notified the staff the next morning and was told that “it’s Africa” be mindful as well we were on the 3rd floor. What I liked was not a lot of people, staff was friendly, good location, and had a calm atmosphere The food was good however had times were they forgot or gave me the wrong order. However one server she was perfect
