Pulizia e ordine sono solo due dei pilastri che ci contraddistinguono insieme alla cortesia e disponibilità del nostro staff. Siamo spiacenti di sapere che la stanza da lei scelta non l'abbia soddisfatta completamente, le nostre camere nonostante siano compatte, sono moderne, funzionali, ben attrezzate. Leggere del suo commento riguardo la finestra ci sorprende in quanto le nostre stanze sono controllate regolarmente. Ci scusiamo per ogni possibile sconforto causato dalla vasca-doccia e teniamo in mente il suo feedback. Volevamo informarla che abbia a disposizione anche altre tipologie di camere qualora desiderasse, come ad esempio la iSweet che ha un ampio bagno con vasca ad angolo e doccia a pioggia.Ci auguriamo che lei abbia passato un buon soggiorno e di rivederla nella sua prossima visita a Zurigo.
