Certo, lo spazio necessario era ancora più modesto di 600 anni fa.I prossimi lavori di ristrutturazione sono già in programma per il prossimo inverno. As you have not reported it to us immediately or during check out and you write only anonymous, we are unfortunately not able to check the shower. It is always very important to let the hotel know when there is an issue so that they can improve for the next guest. If you give not a change to do so, it is a pitty for the next costumers as well. We have informed all customers at time of reservation that there were road works from the city of Zurich in our area. Unfortunately we have no influence on work carried out by the city.

고객 여러분, 방문해 주시고 솔직한 피드백을 보내주셔서 감사합니다. 귀하의 요구 사항을 충족하지 못해 매우 유감입니다. 저희 호텔은 취리히 시내에서 가장 오래된 호텔 중 하나이며 건물은 600년이 넘었습니다. 따라서 공간이 다소 제한적일 것으로 예상됩니다. 예약 시 이 사실을 인지하지 못하신 점 유감스럽게 생각합니다. 에어비앤비는 고객이 정확한 정보를 얻을 수 있도록 포털 사이트의 설명이 정확한지 확인하기 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 고객님의 경우에는 그렇지 못한 점이 매우 유감입니다. 24시간 리셉션에 직원이 상주하고 있으므로 소음으로 인해 불편을 겪으셨다면 언제든지 말씀해 주셨을 것입니다. 이미 현장에서 설명했듯이 청소하는 동안 세제를 너무 많이 사용해서 바닥이 다소 끈적거렸을 수 있습니다. 이 문제를 즉시 해결해드리겠다고 제안했지만 고객님께서 거절하셨습니다.

We hope you have anyway enjoyed the quarter hour you had to wait in our winebar until we prepared the extra bed for you and brought up all of your luggage. We still employ people and not robots, so unfortunately mistakes do happen. We regret that it has just happened to you. And due to the room change there was an overcharge of CHF 189.00 which has already been refunded half and the other half will as soon as you give us the second card number. We would like to express our apologies once again.

Yes, we will be very happy too when the construction works are finished, but it is important to ensure that the water gas and electricity supply is guaranteed in the future. In about three weeks they should have finished around our building.

Dear Patrick, we regret that we could not meet your expectations. Due to the listing of our building, we have no permission to install an AC, but this is clearly marked in every description. We have about 20 english speaking channels on TV, they start at 200. The front desk is operated 24hours, we regret that you have not asked for the channels. The car parking is not part of the Hotel.

Yes, due to the age of our building - it is more than 600 years old - the rooms are not very spacious but this is nothing we can change unfortunately. As it is a listed building, it is impossible to get a permission for air conditioning. We have 24hours front desk service where drinks are available. Because of the limited space, we have not put a Minibar in the rooms.
