Ottimo! Bello, romantico e caratteristico.
Bellissimo hotel in riva al lago. Servizio ottimo, cortese e disponibile. Belle camere, confortevoli e ben arredate in stile classico. Molto vicino alla stazione dei treni ed alla fermata dei battelli. Colazione ottima e ricca. Ampio posteggio di fronte all'hotel. Consigliato!

Das Hotel war spitze! Die Unterkunft liegt 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof fußläufig entfernt. Frühstück und Abendessen waren super. Der Service in den Restaurants war ausgezeichnet. Im Nebengebäude befindet sich ein moderner Wellnessbereich inklusive Fitnessstudio. See Wellnessbereich umfasst ein Dampfbad und eine finnische Sauna, sowie 2 Jaccuzzi-Badewannen. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder!

Das Seehotel Sonne ist ein sehr schönes Haus an ruhiger und ausgezeichneten Lage direkt am Zürichsee. Nette Betreuung. Die Kunsteisbahn vor dem Haus ist witzig!

Every time we asked to eat dinner we were initially told by one waiter that a table was available. It was obvious the restaurant was only 1/3 full. But every time another waiter would come over to us and say "no room." Was it because we were Americans? We sat in the bar lounge and watched and saw the empty tables stayed empty for the entire time.

The staff is very courteous and helps in the smallest of details that we as travellers might oversee. The location is fantastic , right on the lake and accessible by boat , car and bus.

The fact that a hotel of this quality and price does not have air conditioning is absolutely shocking. We were dreading going back to our room for the 3 nights. It was a sweat box and really was an unpleasant experience.

We truly regret that you were not completely satisfied with the service we provided in terms of the ambiance inside the room.Being protected as an historic monument from 1641, we are unfortunately not allowed to build in any air conditioning devices inside the rooms. Therefore, we are only able the provide the rooms with regular fans. A little piece of heaven! A hotel I gladly go back to at every occasion. Small, quiet and elegantly decorated. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The surrounding is stunning and the food at the restaurant is excellent.

Lovely hotel in beautiful setting. I arrived 9.30 am dishevelled from overnight journey and needed to change and freshen up to give adress 11am for old friends memorial Kusnacht cemetary. They showed real hospitality and empathy by allowing me to check in to their only empty room. incidentally a significant upgrade! They hosted the lunch after for 50, and could not fault so clearly v good at functions too

Location was great. Room had nice view. Hotel personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable (specially Michael!!). Food choices at the main restaurant could be better.

Seehotel was a wonderful experience with very accommodating staff. We really enjoyed all the amenities the hotel offered especially the spa area. Beside a beautiful beach and water taxi/cruise was a bonus.

Great lakeside setting. However, waiter told us restaurant was closed, even though reception told us it would be open for 20 more minutes after we checked in. But when arrived with 15 mint to spare, the head water refused to seat us. We were forced either to skip lunch after a long trip from Zermatt or eat way over-priced, junk food (6,50 for a bottle of water; 17.50 CDH for a.”large” salad that was pretty small, etc) in the beer garden. Room was nicely appointed, but like being in attic room with no circulation (a floor fan was provided)For the 365 CDH room price, I was pretty disappointed. No one from management reached out to address our bad experience with the dining room staff, even though I reported it right away. The only question I was asked was what room I was in.

This is a wonderful property in a great location right on Lake Zurich. The rooms are spacy and beyond clean. The service is impeccable, The breakfast buffet is bountiful and delicious. It's great for walkers. True you are not right in Zurich city, but the train runs frequently and gets you to town in 12 minutes.

Excellent Hotel
This is a very beautiful hotel. The decor is extremely well done. The location can't be beat- on the water, outside dining, next to the ferry, adjacent river walkway, great neighborhood and close to downtown Zurich.

Nice weekend in Küsnacht
Nice hotel in a quiet and beautiful area close to Zürich. Clean and quiet room with nice interior. Easy to access, only 2 min walk from the railway station. Possible to talk a walk by the Zürich See, and enjoy the landscape.

Great hotel in a great neighbourhood
The hotel was really good for a family stay since the rooms were really large and had a nice pullout sofa for the kids to sleep on. The neighbourhood is really walkable and there is a great walkway along the lake. A short three minute walk away is also a nice playground. There are loads of great restaurants in the area. The one thing that I would definitely check on is whether there is a wedding at the hotel during your stay. During our stay, there was a wedding on and music was playing until 3 AM. It all ended with the Bohemian Rapsody. Since management knew about this, it would have been nice for them to be proactive and put the guests who are not attending the wedding in rooms far away from the wedding venue. Sadly, this was not the case.

Geweldige lokatie en goed restaurant met mooi terras aan het meer. De kamers onder het dak in het Seehüs zijn echter de klassifikatie “mit Seesicht” onwaardig (1 piepklein venstertje enkel wanneer rechtopstaand) + zeer warm en zonder airco. Ook niet bereikbaar met de lift.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Was sehr entäuschend war,das die bilder auf der webseite nicht mit der realität stimmten. Ich wollte meine partnerinn überraschen mit der juniorensuite aber ja hätte das geld besser anders ausgegeben als für sowas. Werde ea nicht mehr besuchen da die preisleistung für mich nicht stimmt.

Lieber Gast Schade, dass Ihnen die Juniorsuite nicht gefallen hat. Wir haben 40 historische Zimmer, jedes ist anders, da macht so ein Haus auch einzigartig. Auf den Fotos bei den Juniorsuiten sind Fotos von allen 3 Zimmern abgebildet. Beim nächsten Mal bitte während des Aufenthaltes mit der Réception sprechen, sehr oft kann man da noch was machen, vor allem wenn Sie länger da sind.
