“The staff was very helpful and kind , I would give them 10 , the view from our room was amazing Empire fully lit up for Christmas, the room itself was very small for our luggage’s , but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were great … clean and tidy everyday , the hotel doesn’t have a real lobby too small for all checking in …very central location walked everywhere . Overall we enjoyed our stay , and would recommend booking the Emoire view rooms you won’t regret it …. ”

“Ottimo hotel , siamo stati benissimo , camere piccole per 4 ma lo sapevamo e d’altronde uscivamo alle 8 e rientravamo alle 23 , sicuramente scordatevi di levare i vestiti dalle valige, non abbiamo avuto problemi con gli ascensori , per quanto riguarda gli homeless New York e’ pieno e davanti all’albergo c’è uno slargo dove spesso ci si accampano , ma non vi degnano di uno sguardo . Posizione fantastica praticamente in centro . Quindi un 10 pieno.”
