The lobby is just a desk. The room service has to be requested. They don’t even bring clean towels. Our view was a brick wall of next door Bldg. No upgrades available. No early check- in, no room service, no ice. Lights not working so had to call maintenance. They have a barn style door to bathroom which was off the track so it took two people to open and close. No closet just an IKEA type cabinet. No drawers. No space to walk around. My husband and I literally kept walking into each other. No baggage bellhop had to carry your own. Toilet only flushed occasionally, and sometimes didn’t completely flush, paper stayed in toilet until someone (me) physically placed it in center of water!!! Yuck!!!! Disgusting!!!! I think Expedia dropped the ball on this one. I think I should get a refund. I probably would have had a better stay at a Motel 6. Most disappointing Hotel I’ve ever stayed in New York City, and I’ve been there many, many times. Not on Time Square so False advertising!!!! Will not trust Expedia again.
