“I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The front desk was disorganized and assigned me a room that was already occupied. I had to go back to the lobby twice because they kept giving me the same room instead of resolving the issue properly.
The coffee maker in the room did not work. When housekeeping came by, I asked them to replace it, but it was never changed. On top of that, housekeeping did not actually clean the room.
Parking was expensive, especially considering the overall...

“La stanza era stupenda! Personale gentile. L'unica cosa negativa era lo scarico del lavandino osturato. L'acqua non passava. A parte questa piccola inconvenienza, il resto era tutto impeccabile”

“La stanza era basica, la nostra aveva un queen bed ed era abbastanza piccola, come anche il bagno.
Il personale è sempre stato gentile e pronto a risolvere ogni necessità. Ottimo il servizio colazione e il servizio deposito bagagli, necessario se come noi si ha un volo tardi il giorno del check-out.”
