“A/C not working properly as room was hot and muggy. Complained and they gave us a very noisy box fan and couldn't sleep or watch tv with it on. Tv only worked properly some of the time. Had construction noise next or under our room that was extremely loud which started up every morning by about 8am.Room was also right above trash bins which created more racket. “Hotel tells you that you have to pay $34 for parking. There's parking next to the hotel actually through the hotel parking that is $19 for a day public parking. They don't tell you that cuz they want you to park at the hotel and pay them the $340 back if the rooms are okay. They're old but room service. “The rooms were nothing real fancy but they were clean and had coffee in the room. It was a great location for us as we were boarding the Amtrack in the morning. You go through their parking lot and cross over a walking bridge to get to the station. They have a great food court just down the road fro the hotel and a Trader Joe's 6 minute walk away. “The outdoor pool area looked lovely, but I did not have time to use that amenity. Room was spacious, bed comfortable. No wine glasses in room. Only paper or ceramic coffee cups available. Poor option for a wine country venue. Tacky. Had to pay extra for second log in fire place. Housekeeping knocked loud on my door even though I had the “do not disturb” sign on my door. It was 9 in the morning. Some how I was charged for two nights instead of one.??? Still working to resolve this error...
