“Staff very nice room not clean we found insects and cockroach in the room and walking in the bed try to change room the room they offer was worse so I tell to deep clean the room the food was blended the beach was nice but very hot and humid every day got sick I think from the drink from the pool I try to drink bottle water, everything is very expensive the road r very bad a lot pot hole they drive very slow, very nice and courteous people”

“Just got back from a 7 night stay. Had a wonderful time! The rooms were clean and loved the filtered water machine and cappuccino maker in our room. Most food was very good with Bamboo (Asian) and Manglar (seafood) being our favorite restaurants. The pizza stand by the pool was awesome! The pool and pool bar staff were fun. Shoutout to Alan at the club swim-up bar. Recommend paying extra for the club adult side of the resort if you are traveling without kids. The beach was also great! We swam in...

“È stata un’esperienza da dimenticare, scarsissima pulizia ovunque sia nelle camere che negli ambienti comuni, maleducati gli ospiti che lasciavano ovunque resti di mangiare e lanciavano da mangiare agli animali indifferenti ai cartelli ovunque presenti che vietavano severamente di dare da mangiare agli animali è più urla e schizzi continui di bambini e genitori maleducati che si tuffavano nelle piscine senza badare alle altre persone intente a rilassarsi. “Everything was great, however I wish they would change the breakfast options instead of the same few items every day. I would also suggest that they skim the pool at least twice per day since there are so many bugs that land on the pool. They asked if we were celebrating anything, and I told them it was our anniversary and my wife's birthday, prior to arrival and during the checkin, and no arrangements were made.”

“My husband and I recently stayed at Santarena Hotel in Las Catalinas, and it was exactly what we were looking for.
What impressed us most was that the excellent service began before we even arrived. The staff contacted us through text and WhatsApp to confirm our arrival details, ask about transportation, and make sure everything was ready for our stay. We felt welcomed before we ever left home.
