“Very nice hotel with excellent pool and lagoon. The room was large and clean. No cons in general except that the location is not as close as other hotels to ocean and main streets of surfer paradise. Nevertheless, it is still located conveniently.”

“Wonderful lobby and bar. Easy underground carpark (20$ if I remember well). Room facing great ocean view. Furniture a bit too minimal and small balcony. Room made up too late in the afternoon. 10 min walk to Cavill pedestrian area”

“The one bedroom apartment was fantastic for 2. The bedroom and the living room both facing the ocean and with sliding doors. Bathroom with a one person jacuzzi was nice and big with two basins and a window where you could see the ocean through the bedroom. Staff was friendly. Both inside and outside swimming pools could have been a bit warmer to be used in the winter and the sauna was being serviced.”

“Some of the lights didn’t work, and others were full. Internet for laptop was weak. Worked perfectly on phones.”

“We got to the hotel in the morning before check in but were given a temporary key to use the pool facilities. The pool is absolutely amazing and we enjoyed using this facility, however, the day we were there it was Easter Monday and for some reason the pool bar was closed, hence the pool area was pretty quiet. We could order drinks through a telephone service by the pool but it took a whole hour to have the drinks delivered. So we were wondering how the rest of the service was going to be during...

“Great getaway in a nice villa with lush greenery. Villa is comfortable with nice setup and the bonus of a balcony and spa bath. Cleanliness in the wardrobe can be better and perhaps the brooms and dust pan can be stored away from the bathrobes.”
