“My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back.”

“Vibrant colors and comfortable lounge area with breakfast was nice. Free parking was excellent and easy to access. Room was mostly clean but shampoo/conditioner had not been refilled before my stay and were not refilled on my cleaning day. Staff were somewhat helpful but not as helpful as they could have been, especially regarding the snacks for purchase when they were not willing to point to something I was looking for even though I asked and instead let me find it myself.”

“Not impressed with this property. Took way too long to check in (15 min), even though there was no one in front of me. TV didn't work the first night and they had no one to fix it. Mold in the shower in multiple places. TV is in a difficult-to-watch position. Talked with a customer service member who promised to give me a discount on my bill. Of course that didn't happen. And - omg - so many useless emails from this place. There was nothing inherently bad, but so many inconveniences to guarantee...

“I booked Upjohn House but was told I had to come to Henderson Castle to get the keys, and I should stay there instead. It was nice enough, the setting of Henderson Castle is beautiful. I had a lovely French breakfast my first morning, but when I came down the second morning, no one was around, I was told breakfast was from 6:30-9:30, and I was downstairs at 7:00.
