“I hate the fact i had to get out of bed TWICE and come downstairs to get my smoke alarm to turn off and was accused of smoking..... even though multiple other guests were having the same issue at 5am!!!!”

“The room was fine, and had a microwave and fridge. The shower was slippery, and water splashed everywhere because there was nothing separating it from the floor. The residents staying there would make most people uncomfortable. I believe several of them lived there. There was a lot of traffic in and out; people were sleeping in their cars, and working on cars in the parking lot.”

“Disgusting, through the halls the smell was so bad. The smell lingered so bad it was on your clothing. Hand prints were everywhere on the glass and elevators. Blood, feces, urine and it all built up in corners and on the walls of the hotel.”

“Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there.”

“We were told that the rooms had kitchenettes, which, in fact they did not, and then we paid for four days. My husband went into the room, seen that there was bugs turned around and walked out, went to the desk and asked for a refund and we were told no that was $500 that they took from us that they refuse to refund even after we told them to keep the money for the one night and a refund the remaining days they told us no.”

“Stayed 1 night as a roadtrip stop. Place was clean, staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great, cold and hot options, with staff being very attentive.”

“We were in a accessible room but it is really not accessible room for someone with mobility issues. Bed was to high. Also shouldn't have to climb over tub. It should be walk in shower with a bench. Then going to get out of shower slipped and down I went. Had to have paramedics come to help get me out of shower floor.”

“When we arrived on Friday July 3rd, we found that the door to our room was broken, would not lock. Asked front desk to have it fixed or change rooms. We were told that they had no maintenance available until Monday, and that they were fully booked. Told her we would have to cancel our reservations and find another hotel. She said that because we booked through Expedia, we would have to go back through them for a refund. Asked her to contact them, to make sure that I would get a full refund,...

“the first room we got was still dirty, bed wasn’t made and had a horrible smell. They were very helpful with getting us a new room but even then the comforter has lots of animal hair and stains on it and when I went to get a new one they said they did not have any clean ones.”

“If you want a quiet sleep, request h a room not facing the freeway, but still a very nice place to stay.”

“The rooms are ok but the staff is great, especially Amber, and if you get a good housekeeper that’s huge. They offer a nice breakfast but not many dairy free options so I was unable to enjoy it. No dairy free milks, yogurts, or fresh fruits if you are vegan or have a dairy allergy and that’s a bummer however they do have around the clock hot coffee which was a bonus.”

“I picked this hotel based on having a pool and a hot tub. Overall, it is a nice conference hotel. Stay was only OK for me because the hot tub needed repair (bubbler not working) but we could still use it but the water was only a bit hotter than lukewarm. They unexpectedly closed he pool area for an hour in order to make repairs to the hot tub but it made not difference. It is the little things that matter. Dylan was particularly helpful at check-in”
