“The staff was above average from check in, housekeeping, kitchen etc. In my 66 years I have never experienced a more accommodating, friendly, bend over backwards group of staff members. ”

“The hotel was in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The pool was warm and clean, and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Bree, who was our server, was very welcoming and kind. The hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The only issue was a buzzing noise (mechanical sounds) were right outside of our room. I don't know where it was coming from, so I am unsure if it was hotel-related. ”

“Room was very clean and Comfortable. Amber was very friendly and professional on the phone when I called for a question. Pat was great when we checked in. I asked Pat for a great place to eat local and she asked me if I wanted a sitdown restaurant and I said yes. She recommended Jacs in Kalamazoo about 4 miles up the road. Jacs did not disappoint. Great suggestion. We do ask often on places to eat when we travel, and most are great recommendations. The only negative thing I would say is...

“Nice hotel. Nothing fancy, everything clean, really nice staff. Pool is a good size. Quality coffee and breakfast easy and fast. I'd stay again. ”

“It was a wonderful stay however when I made my reservation it said I wouldn't be charged until we got there and I was unable to use the card that it was supposed to go on. So I'm at a limbo still trying to figure out what to do. Normally every hotel I've stayed at they never charged until we got there all I had to do is give them a card when I did the reservation and they charged my card when I got there. ”
