“Checking in was not with real staff but rather by a visual computer screen and by a person who spoke with an accent that is difficult to understand. There was a staff at the front desk but did nothing to help unless you asked for. We didn’t feel welcomed by this procedure. The same process was with checking out. Hotel is close to freeway and a busy street so it is noisy. However, the room was clean and spacious. There is no elevator.”

“Everything is wonderful. However I booked king bed but when my husband and I arrived there to check. We were given a room with two twin beds the clerk saying that’s the only available. When we went upstairs to our room the AC was off and when we turned it on it wasn’t working we called the desk. The first and second call nobody is answering the phone. On my third call and several rings she finally answered. We told her the situation with the AC . She told us to push buttons and still not...

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place in Vallejo, California. We stayed there for the Winery Train ride in Napa Valley, which was nearby. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the full breakfast each morning, along with the added amenities, was a nice touch. I will look for this hotel chain whenever I’m visiting out of town.”

“Enjoyed our stay me and my husband have stayed here a couple times and it’s clean. The staff are very friendly and their breakfast is good. They were really fast and Fisher. Our refrigerator wasn’t working and they replaced it instantly but we only had one thumbs down and it’s not the staff’s fault we just had noisy people upstairs above our room who were really loud”

“It's rare to find a hotel this clean, quite, comfortable, and with so many amenities at this price point! This will be top of my list to recommend to friends and family when they need a place to stay locally. I had to evacuate from a fire in the next town over at midnight. The staff was welcoming and kind to me, and got me checked in quickly. The room smelled so fresh and clean, but without obnoxious freshener spray smell that hotels sometimes have. “We liked the convenient location most of all. The rooms was spacious and clean. The breakfast was disappointing because it wasn’t monitored for cups, plates, and waffle batter. The breakfast ran out of items and was minimally stocked with food choices. It’s an ok place to say on a budget.”
