“As we arrived, there was a person who appeared to be homeless eating something out of the garbage can next to the door at the entrance to the hotel. We weren’t sure of the surrounding area so we brought all items in the car inside. There was a sign at the front desk that they were helping someone at would return shortly. “They don't tell you alot of things out of service from the hotel, plus pull out couch don't work. Staff doesn't help just point finger someone else. Pool wasn't working and Gym was nasty not even clean. this was my worst hotel ive ever stayed! don't recommend”

“We stayed for 4 nights. The breakfast was pretty much the exact same everyday. Typically hotels change it up a little every day, but not them. I’m not saying it wasn’t decent, but you will be eating the same thing everyday. Our room never got vacuumed, although we asked for it to be (we have 4 kids and the floors can get dirty) and when they took dirty towels and gave us new ones, they only gave us two bath towels, for a room with 6 people in it. “Our stay at this best western was amazing. The experience we had for the price we paid was perfect! The gentleman who checked us in was very courteous a friendly. He got us our keys quickly and sent us on our way. The room was exceptional. Very large and clean! There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The grounds were well kept. I can tell great time and care is taken in keeping things looking as nice as they do! We will definitely stay here again when in the area!”

“Everything was great, from price , to the clean updated room , to the location of the hotel . The only problem was at check-in. when I arrive I give the check in attendant my name at 5:00 pm , her first words were “ We don’t have a room for you yet “.
