“Room was nice there were maintenance issues with my originally booked room. They offered a credit but was only there for one night.”

However, we were not placed in that building. We were given a room at the very end of another building overlooking a construction staging area. “As we arrived, there was a person who appeared to be homeless eating something out of the garbage can next to the door at the entrance to the hotel. We weren’t sure of the surrounding area so we brought all items in the car inside. There was a sign at the front desk that they were helping someone at would return shortly. It was a full 10 minutes at least before they came back and by then 3 parties were waiting to check in. As far as the inside of the hotel, it was clean and the breakfast was...

“Breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean; bed was comfortable. Saff was friendly and helpful. The Inn is convenently located within walking distance to downtown. We look forward to staying at Inn on First next time we're in Napa.”

“Our stay at this best western was amazing. The experience we had for the price we paid was perfect! The gentleman who checked us in was very courteous a friendly. He got us our keys quickly and sent us on our way. The room was exceptional. Very large and clean! There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The grounds were well kept. I can tell great time and care is taken in keeping things looking as nice as they do! We will definitely stay here again when in the area!”

“We stayed for 4 nights. The breakfast was pretty much the exact same everyday. Typically hotels change it up a little every day, but not them. I’m not saying it wasn’t decent, but you will be eating the same thing everyday. Our room never got vacuumed, although we asked for it to be (we have 4 kids and the floors can get dirty) and when they took dirty towels and gave us new ones, they only gave us two bath towels, for a room with 6 people in it. “They don't tell you alot of things out of service from the hotel, plus pull out couch don't work. Staff doesn't help just point finger someone else. Pool wasn't working and Gym was nasty not even clean. this was my worst hotel ive ever stayed! don't recommend”
