“Hotel elegante in una zona molto frequentata e caotica. Nei dintorni non ci sono ristoranti occidentali, se non in park street (20 minuti a piedi nel caos o 20 minuti di taxi). L'hotel potrebbe provvedere ad un servizio ristorazione per la clientela internazionale. Non capisco a cosa serva un inserviente che stà tutto il giorno in ascensore a selezionare i piani per i clienti! Per il resto molto bene”

“Extremely convenient location near train station & bus lines. Rooms are refurbished with new furniture & fresh paint & well-working AC & wifi. The elevator is very convenient for luggage. Desk is fully staffed all day but English & ability to deal with online bookings take some time & effort. Bring screenshots of online bookings for best results.”

“La struttura si trova in un'area d'interesse storico ed è essa stessa un antico palazzo in stile coloniale, situato a pochi passi dal mercato, in una delle zone più rappresentative e difficili della città. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, sia nella stanza, dove è possibile fumare, che nel bagno, da subito non ho avuto buone sensazioni, al tatto ogno cosa sembra essere sporca. L'insonorizzazione è praticamente inesistente. ”

“Ero da sola a Calcutta e in questo albergo mi sono sentita sicura. Ha un ristorante/bar su una terrazza al nono piano (separata dalla gestione dell'albergo). Fantastica. Soprattutto per chi non ama l'aria condizionata gelida di quasi tutti i ristoranti.”

“I have no problem with the hotel but hotels.com. I could not check in immediately after I arrived because the hotel did not receive any notification from hotels.com. Then I contacted the customer service but it also failed to resolve the issue. The agent even asked me the phone number of the hotel so she/he can contact them. So so disappointed with hotels.com”
