“Carla the housekeeper kept a clean room, the front staff was friendly and helpful, the valet leaves something to be desired. They retrieved my car and parked it across the street and said you can cross the street to go get it...we had a cart full of bags so I said you are valet please bring it to this side of the street. Then when he gave me the car, he failed to give me my key fob. Luckily I realized it as we pulled away and we got our key fob. They need to train their valet employees.”

“The hotel shares the parking garage with the arena next door. There a no exterior sign indicating the entrance for parking at the hotel. There was a valet parking area on the street in front of the hotel but there was no attendant. It took several circles around the block to find the parking entrance. We arrived promptly at 4PM (earliest check-in time) but found ourselves tenth in line because there was only one person working the check-in counter. There were also 6 people waiting to retrieve...

“The place was filthy dirty. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. Teenagers ran the hallways and slammed doors all night. There's a broken down van in the front parking lot with people living in it. Honestly, it looked like a meth van. The hallways reeked of Marijuana.”

“My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property! The property is clean and well maintained. The rooms were clean and spacious. We were greeted by Rose at the breakfast buffet and she informed us of the selection which was nice and delicious.”
