“Impossible to sleep due to deafening street noise I had a terrible stay here and got almost zero sleep. To be fair, the hotel room itself and the staff are not the problem—they were perfectly fine. The issue is entirely the hotel's location and a severe lack of soundproofing. Motorists were zooming past the hotel the entire night. “Everything was great but I wish I had a closet”

“Nice hotel in Allentown, hotel bar/restaurant was nice, however menu is limited. Room was nice and modern, staff were helpful.”

“The coffee /tea bar was great. Breakfast was exceptionally good with hot and cold choices such as a yogurt machine with six crock jars of toppings or the Waffle machine. Hot scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausages, all kinds of muffins, breads or danish and four kinds of juices. The pool was empty despite 90 degree day.”

“Pool was not working. Wash Sink was almost clogged. Bath tub water was not exiting properly.”

“This property is horribly maintained, and the cleanses is horrific. The staff act like they don’t know anything and is run by an Indian family. Everything is dingy. The bathroom wasn’t clean. There’s mold in the bathroom ceiling. The tub has brown spots. A complete nightmare hotel from hell.”

“This is an extended stay place and very affordable. Bare bones and not luxury, but we really just needed a bed for the night. It was not super clean or well maintained, and they have some colorful guests, but for $100 a night that’s what I expect. I did not see any bugs (I don’t do bugs). Water pressure was lousy, but we had clean towels and soap. Beds have cheap microfiber or some other kind of fabric instead of cotton and there was a mystery spill on the floor next to the bed. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sayre Mansion. The reception staff were wonderful and arranged for us to stay an additional night in an upgraded room. The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was good albeit a bit unusual. One of the servers (they alternated days) was more accommodating than the other with choices. I guess the one on the lower pay grade. We would stay there again. Great location for a walk into Bethlehem or down to the river.”
