“Overall a pleasant stay. There was construction across from the hotel but it wasn't bothersome when inside. The rooms has thin walls though causing us to hear people talking. Location is close to the Bow River and Banff Canoe Docks. Short walk to Banff Ave. The pool and hot tub is located in the sister hotel, Banff Park Lodge which is right next door, but not the same building so you have to go outside. Fridge in room but microwave is in the common area. There is a coffee and tea station but...

“The hotel is advertised incorrectly on all sites. The hotel is not a bad place to stay, but is overpriced for the experience. There is no laundry or dry cleaning services, there is only one hot tub for the entire hotel, there is no room service other than cleaning (and they will come in your room whether you have the Do Not Disturb sign on the door or not), the included breakfast is not worth it since there is much better food within a 2 min walk. “Walking distance to downtown is great.”

“Cozy, comfortable and clean. Great location to walk to downtown. Parking can be difficult in Banff so it was also nice to have a dedicated parking space right your door. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals. Shower/bathtub was excellent - unlimited hot water and awesome for a soak after a long day of skiing. The bedroom was very comfortable and quiet for a good nights sleep. Also nice that it is pet friendly. Good communication with host too. Highly recommend!”
