“I used to stay in this hotel four years ago when my daughter went to college and it was great, but when I came this year, the place is not so well kept and the rooms need some updates. It is great location though and good amenities.”

“Rooms are very outdated and falling apart. Smells from the halways and room A/C unit, very unpleasant. Tiles in bathroom were missing large sections of grout. We decided to check pool. Luckily, we did not suit up. Pool was disgusting. Scum on the bottom made our minds up about that choice. Breakfast was not horrible. Found enough choices to tide one over. Would I recommend this establishment? No, I would not. Room#227 FYI.”

“We enjoyed staying at the Sleep Inn. We were greeted warmly and after a quick check in, everything was explained from where breakfast was served and times served to offering us a floor choice for our room. All questions we may have had were explained without having to ask a thing. Our room was super clean and bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend ”

“Ambiente démodé all’americana anche po’ kitsch con statua di cera e foto gigantografie del proprietario tra l’altro ancora in vita e presente in hotel. Camera accogliente e pulita, bagno posizionato a metà tra la camera e vero e proprio bagno, doccia con tendina. Colazione scardina ma visto che siamo in USA averla inclusa è già un vantaggio. Ristorante attiguo Russell’s ottima carne ”

“We chose this hotel because it was minutes from the airport and had a shuttle. What was absolutely fantastic was the staff - we asked for recommendations for food, advice about returning a rental, shuttle to the airport, where to see Niagara Falls the best - and the advice was great, clear and concise. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are flying in and out of Buffalo, and even if you want to see Niagara falls (we made a short detour there, less than 2 hours with plenty of time to...

“Check in 3pm, no way was after 5pm and the place was empty. Never again would stay here. Not recommended at all very dated and unhelpful staff.”
