Hotel vicino a Northtown Center at Amherst - Buffalo

“I had a horrible stay. I felt like the staff was watching me and the guests in my room from the time we checked in until the time we left. It made us very uncomfortable. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and they will never receive my business again.”

“The room was very clean, housekeeping and the breakfast was good. Staff at the reception was also professional and friendly. We were on back side and had floodlights in the room, maybe turn it away from windows. The pool and hot tub were a good feature….. well used but my husband. It was a relaxing time thank you!”

The room was good but the sink was clogged , the manager said will send maintainance take care of it & reported later that it was taken care of it but we discovered that it was not & had to change room the next day which was inconvenient. I believe the house keeping should have reported this issue before since they supposedly cleaned the room.”

“We didn't have breakfast , but the parking it was nice and safe. The complementary cookies was delicious. Me and my daughter we have nice time.”

“Upon arrival the area was full of angry people. Fights in the parking lot and a mob in the lobby. There were no clean rooms to be had. No housekeeping staff on the premises. They refused to assist and turned us away. This was the last thing we expected to have happen. We were taken advantage of by other establishments because of the desperate situation we were in. By far, the worst hotel experience ever.”

“Ottima posizione per Niagara Falls. Letti comodissimi. Stanza adeguatamente grande per famiglia di 4 persone. Avevamo frigorifero e forno a microonde e un piccolo salottino con tavolo. Attraversata la strada c'è di fronte un Mc Donald's. ”

“the hotel is a little outdated, the toilet kept clogging and we were told that the toilet has a “water saving” feature. We did not have enough toilet paper, we had to keep asking for it. The complementary breakfast was ok.”
