We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off”

“Truly awful. It was really inexpensive relative to other hotels in the area and it just proves: you get what you pay for. I felt as if it was basically an apartment for low-income residents branded as a hotel. Oddly enough there isn’t a single indication on the outside of the building that it’s a Studio 6 corporate hotel. “Ottima posizione per Niagara Falls. Letti comodissimi. Stanza adeguatamente grande per famiglia di 4 persone. Avevamo frigorifero e forno a microonde e un piccolo salottino con tavolo. Attraversata la strada c'è di fronte un Mc Donald's. ”

“Had a 2 bed room for 2 occupants and had 1 towel..2 washcloths and 1 hand towel… shower was filthy and the BR door was taped together with black tape.. that didn’t stick so was not together… curtains didn’t close.. the ridge in room tray below freezer was gross… just unreal.. can’t believe EXPEDIA LIST THEM .. the pictures of the rooms are nothing like the rooms … floors a filthy… just gross!! They should refund my money for such a crappy listing!!! I left one day early!!”

“Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The first issue was simply finding the entrance. The hotel sign doesn’t line up with the actual parking lot, making it look like you’re supposed to turn into an empty lot if you follow the sign.
