“The Hotel, Restaurant, Bar and other amenities were great. However, the very best part was the staff, who were ALL exceptional-plus!! It was truly remarkable how genuinely friendly and helpful the staff members were. We even found the exceptionally friendly service in many of the other venues that we visited nearby. A fabulous few days in North Lake Tahoe that we plan to experience again.”

“The room was nice and clean. But it took quite a long time to check in (nearly 30 minutes standing in line) and was very confusing to park and get up to the room. We ended up having to valet the car and then were hassled by security on our way up to the room. Not a great experience, but we got in late and were leaving mid morning the next day, so we just powered through. It made for a stressful night and we were glad it was a quick stop. “The outdoor sitting area was super cute, the property was very clean and the amenities and decor were welcoming. The street is very loud at night; helpful ear plugs were provided.
The lobby offers wine for sale. The bed was comfortable and the king room bathroom had two sinks. Convenient location to walk around mid-town. Memorable stay.”
