“We arrived late. The lobby was busy. I later learned they were training new staff. We paid for a king bedroom and was given a queen bedroom. When we turned the sheets, we found a very big stain. They moved us and offered some snacks. We said no. We spoke to the manager the next morning. It was a nice conversation. The morning staff was amazing in the kitchen and the lobby probably because they were the regular staff. I let them know that I understand staff training and shortages but that stain...

“Pros: i liked the different pool options, 2 outdoor pools, one indoor and a jacuzzi. The scenery was beautiful and i liked the arcade and full kitchen. The shower was also unique due to the double shower heads. Staff was helpful! Cons: Parking garage was difficult, limited space to maneuver while parking. Only one tiny trash bin in toilet/bathroom, No trash bin in bedroom. No sitting chair in the bedroom, i had to take a chair from the dining room. One pool said it was heated, but it wasn't, it...
