“The room was clean and quite nice. Unfortunately no bath robe and slippers. No gym either. Nice breakfast the morning after. Parking very expensive. Do not use it, there is a public one close and much cheaper. The position of the hotel is central. On the railway tracks but no noise at all. Overall a good experience.”

“The check in staff were extremely helpful and kind. The property is wonderfully located near the tram up to Harder Kulm, and the views of the surrounding river and mountains are a treat. I opted to include breakfast in our stay and it was well worth it; an array of options and the food was delicious. The property has a concierge who helped me plan my day with information on how to get to sites, and the opportunity to purchase my train tickets on site. I have nothing but great things to say...

“OH MY!! WHAT AN AMAZING ROOM! We splurged for the balcony room and if you can do it you SHOULD. It was the most amazing room I have ever stayed in. Staff were outstanding and very professional. Bar tender was excellent. Would not have changed one thing about our stay!!”

“Clean, spacious apartment , great location, unbeatable views … It didn’t disappoint 👍. Sven was nice to help us checked in, and Alex gave us a little token ( potpourri) on our way out . Highly recommended if you want to stay in Interlaken. ( basically between OST and West ) . We went to Zermatt , Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen from here, Trains ( SBB App) are on time and very convenient to take you from one place to another .”
