Hotel vicino a Hoeheweg - Interlaken

“The room was clean and quite nice. Unfortunately no bath robe and slippers. No gym either. Nice breakfast the morning after. Parking very expensive. Do not use it, there is a public one close and much cheaper. The position of the hotel is central. On the railway tracks but no noise at all. Overall a good experience.”

“The check in for starters is very odd. The first thing they make you sign is a disclaimer not to get the wood floors wet etc. or there is an additional charge. The next odd thing is we used the sauna located in the basement which is under construction. So it doesn’t really feel like the pictures. The next item, you need to use their sandals which you are required to deposit 25 CHF in cash per set. You cannot apply to the room or use a credit card hold etc. Not exactly welcoming or relaxing....

“The reception staff was exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the area, fluent in multiple languages and really helpful with information and assistance supplying us for our weekend stay. Apartment was clean, roomy and had everything we needed to stay in or go out (including much needed Nespresso and umbrellas). Everything is very walkable from the location. Was made to feel like a special guest.”

“First, walking up to the building I was stunned at how trashy it looked from the outside. Walking in, the decor and furniture looked cheap and overused. Check in was fine, we got to our room and the room was clean, however, each person only got one single pillow, the pull out couch was the most uncomfortable bed ever (wires, bumps, didn’t lay completely flat). “É una casa di riposo per anziani (la maggior parte in carrozzella o con problemi di deambulazione). Le camere che non sono occupate dagli anziani ospiti vengono vendute agli esterni. Non va bene, cercate un altra sistemazione, non venite qui.”

“Central location short walk from Interlaken West station. Peter on reception was very helpful when enquiring about my itinerary. Room clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great, good range of continental optiins along with boiled or scrambled eggs available. Hot drinks available throughout the day. Would defo recommend ”
