He won my 3 year old grand daughter over with the simple gesture of giving her a badge for hurting finger. This saves me from a trip to Walmart. I have been the hotel business for 40 years. “The staff was really nice and responsive the common areas were nice but need ice. The room was a great size but it was dirty, food crumbs on the beds trash on the floor, and it wasnt stocked no handsoap or extra toilet paper. There was a kitchenette but no utensils. The tiles in the bathroom were teetering and missing grout the curtains were broken in the bedroom.
