“The house was fabulous, well equipped and in a fantastic location. Swimming pool and games room were a big hit with everyone. Easy access to neighbouring towns and shopping facilities. Easy access to a great beach.”

“We enjoyed our stay in Kingley, although felt that the property could do with some extra tlc, especially regarding carpets and window fittings. It would also have helped if there had been a sofa bed in the study, as we had two boys who did not wish to share a double bed and we had two girls in the twin bedded room.. A good size garden and patio, although lack of umbrellas meant that we needed to move the furniture around to avoid the (very hot) sun. Easy to access Chichester, the beach at...
