“This property is in an excellent location for Chichester centre and for Goodwood Racecourse. The owner was lovely. Friendly and approachable. Cleanliness is a priority for us and this accommodation was first class. Breakfast options were varied to suit all tastes and we loved the fresh fruit (not always the case in many places we have visited). “I stayed 4 nights and my room was not serviced properly. I had to get them to make my bed after I retuned daily. I cannot understand why this was not done. I did not go on a bus mans holiday to make beds I do that at home. The food was very good at breakfast. My room was well used. Toilet seat would not stay up and blind needed replacing. I was in room 2.”
