“Mi dispiace dare un voto basso ma troppe pecche. La pulizia lascia a desiderare le lenzuola erano sporche e agli angoli della stanza polvere ovunque. Le aree comuni ed i corridoi puliti . La colazione davvero scarsa, i muffin troppo dolci e la scelta troppo limitata. Dulcin in fondo su 2 stanze entraMbe rumorose. Una abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla il rumore insostenibile arrivava da fuori e dall’interno. L’altra l’abbiamo tenuta ma il rumore era costante per tutta la notte. Siamo stati in diversi...

“struttura vecchia, da rinnovare, stanze grandi fredde e spoglie, prese elettriche scarse e in posizione scomoda… abbiamo trovato capelli e peli qua e la, briciole di cibo sul pavimento e sul divano… peccato perché avrebbe potenziale… comunque lo staff è stato gentile e ci ha rimborsato cauzione e applicato un 20% di sconto sul totale ”

“I have stayed at this location several times. This trip I was disappointed with the air conditioning in my room. The thermostat was set to 60 degrees, you would think it would be chilly, but it was never cool in the room. I had to request a fan in order to sleep comfortably. Not sure if the entire resort was the same, but many peers I traveled with said their rooms were not cool either. At times it did feel like the common areas were not very cool either. Otherwise, I do love to visit this...

“We stayed three days and the last day was bad. They closed the pool to trim the palm trees and they were not finished till 2pm! That ruined are whole day. Why didn’t they do a section at a time over several days? If not for this I would have given 5 stars. Very disappointed on our last day. ”

“Our flight was delayed and we arrived one day later. Despite we sent a message to the hotel informing them of this inconvenience, when we arrived they had cancelled our reservation despite having taken all the money (it was a non refundable reservation). The front desk were completely useless and unable to assist. I called hotels.con but I’m still waiting to be compensated. I had to book another other at the last minute at a very high price. ”
