“Enjoyed the property”

“We had a great stay at the Riu Palace. Beautiful grounds, never felt crowded, very friendly staff. Lally and Alex made our stay more enjoyable. They were constantly getting the kids involved in activities which was great for all of us. Kids never wanted to leave! Food was decent, rooms were okay. Beach was nice and we loved walking to see the monkeys nearby. Hard to get into restaurants unless you went to the first sitting. Place could be cleaner, definitely needed some upgrades, and room keys...
