"2 night stay just outside Gallipoli. Beautiful masseria. Large room located down steps in a covered 'courtyard' area. Felt rather enclosed with no real outdoor view from the window. Unable to open window for fresh air as there were people smoking in the courtyard area. Comfortable room. All amenities in bathroom. Hot shower but unfortunately had one night with no hot water. Kettle & fridge provided. Breakfast ok. Partner enjoyed the coffee. "

"Insgesamt eine tolle moderne Unterkunft und freundliches Personal. Mit dem Auto sehr nah an der Stadt gelegen. Leider wurden bei unserem Aufenthalt von vier Tagen kein Mal die Handtücher gewechselt, außerdem gab es keine Handtücher für den Pool oder die Außendusche (lediglich 6 Stück für die gesamte Unterkunft) und die normalen durften für den Pool nicht genutzt werden. "This B&B is located in the very heart of historical center of Gallipoli and within a walking distance to everything important. It has no lift but a lot of stairs. The breakfast was served on the roof terrace. The property is not reachable by car (you will need to walk with your luggage at least 150 metres) and has NO parking, even though the property info on hotels.com says that "it is available". We ended up parking 1km away from this place. "

"Nice position. The house is amazing, it’s really nice to stay here for holiday. You can go by walk in the center. But, also, some condition are really insane. You have to pay a late check in : 50€! Ok , the service, but 50€.. it’s like a sleep a night in a b&b. Linen and towels are not included ( you can take yours or rent it for 30€ ) but, but you have to pay 130€ for final clean! So? If linen and towels are mine, you pay 130€ for clean what ? Mah. So read all the small condition."

"I cannot fault our stay here. We paid extra for the 3rd floor apartment with a terrace and the sea views were stunning. There was a huge patio and two balconies. The apartment was clean with air conditioning in all rooms. There was a main bathroom with a lovely shower and an en-suite bathroom off the double bedroom (the shower wasn’t so good in this one but the extra toilet was handy. There was a second bedroom with 2 single beds but as a couple we used this as a dressing room and luggage storage area. There was no cleaning while we were there so be aware of this. We also made used of the parking in the garage at €15 per night which gave us peace of mind that the car was secure and safe overnight. There is however free parking outside but I would recommend using the garage. The staff when we arrived were very helpful. The apartments are about a 20-25 min walk to the nearest beach but we took the car and parked in the car park as it was so hot. It’s about a 25-30 minute walk to the old town. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Gallipoli."

"This was our first time visiting Gallipoli and what a wonderful surprise to stay at such a beautiful hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We actually decided to stay longer! The hotel grounds are beautiful and I spent time exploring the many private areas! Breakfast was good and served in a lovely terrace area. Air conditioning was nice and cold! We will definitely be back!"

"We were a family with 3 rooms. That morning they called me stating they couldn't accommodate us and moved us to one of their apartments which was conveniently available. Everything else was booked in the town so we had no choice to stay. The cost of the apartment was much less but other than buying us drinks they never refunded me as they were supposed to. It was very upsetting and terrible customer service."
