“Broken stairs, air conditioning didn’t work well, room smells of stale smoke, broken door knob in restroom, broken toilet paper holder, bed was spring mattress & very uncomfortable, bathroom floor very dirty”

“Pros: The Lodge was great! Beautiful views and all conveniently located to all of the trails and amenities. Front desk staff were always awesome. Diving pool was intimidating but fun! Cons: Dining options were non existent. They have an on-site restaurant that was still non-existent for the most part. All the negative reviews are correct on the restaurant. Let me start with this: I NEVER LEAVE BAD REVIEWS... This will be the exception. Literally took us 1hr, 40+ minutes to receive food.. only...

“Husband and family stayed one night. Got in super late and the we booked was not Available. She made sure they had enough places to sleep for the 4 adults. Pool had not closing times the boys were grateful it had been a long day of driving. Nice to get out and stretch. Great breakfast the next day and in a great spot to get in and out.”

Eravamo in 3, io, mio marito e mio figlio di 12 anni, abbiamo alloggiato in questo albergo per un totale di 5 notti, non consecutive, e per 2 volte siamo stati sistemati nella stessa stanza al 5° piano. “It was okay for the price, peaceful and clean. Sadly the mattress was a bit uncomfortable & springy. I slept on top of the comforter and used my own. My room was clean and smelled great. The tv bit small for king size bed & room size. The channel selection was pretty basic. Small fridge worked. Very small microwave & it was a bit dented up but worked. I wouldn't mind staying there again if the price is right. Ive paid for nicer at same price or cheaper. I was worried about the reviews especially...
