“We were unaware we would be charged to park - in the hotel parking lot, not a garage, an open lot. Our room was not made up / cleaned after our first night - we were not asked if we wanted to skip that.”

“The room had a weird smell as soon as I walked in. The bathroom was very dirty. Mold in the shower, the shower floor was brown, and a mystery sticky scum in the sink. In the morning, the cleaning crew knock on my door at 9 am when check out was at 11. They came back and knocked again at 10 am. The elevator was small and there was only one in the whole building. It wasn’t a bad stay, I just don’t think they were prepared.”
