Hotel vicino a Runway Park at GMU - Greenville

“Toilet was clogged upon arrival and we were provided a plunger which still did not fix the problem. This Should have been a quality checklist item before we were assigned the room.”

“The hotel is close enough to downtown Greenville (about 15 minutes or so), which was a plus. The staff was friendly. However, the room was not quiet. We heard doors slamming and fast walking/running sounds overhead continually at night. The bathroom was also noticeably smelly.”

“Room was clean although furniture was beat up. Outside of building had damage to a/c vents and trim; some windows were cloudy indicating they'd lost their seal. Breakfast experience was poor. Juice machine had off-flavored juice. Waffle mix was separated or not mixed properly. No brewed coffee, only instant coffee machine which produced 'not-coffee'. Breakfast was a disappointment. Lobby was clean, fresh carpet in hallway and room. Renovations were underway on the property.”

“I am a regular customer of this hotel chain, but I do not recommend this specific location. They do not let you rest and keep bothering you at 11:00 AM—even if you have extended your stay. They show no respect for your rest, despite the fact that you are paying specifically to get some sleep.”

“All staff was very pleasant from check in to check out. The room was clean. The indoor pool was not heated, so it was a little cold. Towels were provided which is very nice. We would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay there again.”

“I like the price, soft beds, and decent breakfast. There was some tear wear in the sheets and missed paintings but I didn't mind. It was great staff and worth going here!”

“Staff very helpful. They came with a maintenance man to troubleshoot our thermostat within two minutes of our call to front desk. No frills here, but i would recommend if you’re not going to be in the hotel room much—not completely comfortable for sitting or relaxing. ”

“Daytime Front desk clerk was rude. She should not be working in customer service.”

“Full kitchen but nothing in the cabinets to use to cook. No utensils, plates, pots or pans, glasses, etc. The carpet was so dirty that it turned my white socks brown. Stains on the furniture and carpet. Very low end lodging. ”
