“I am very disappointed with the service. The bathroom light in my room was not working, and when I brought it to the front desk, they were unable to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, they charged me a deposit that still hasn't been refunded. I would not recommend this place.”

“Perfect location to visit downtown , staff was very helpful and valet was top notch. We stayed in a suite and had the best view of the falls , great property.”

“Room was clean staff was amazing. I requested a early check in and my room was ready. Breakfast was great. One of the very few hotels with free parking. Definitely will stay again and affordable for a holiday.”

“The hotel is in a perfect location downtown for access to the park. Breakfast was decent, but we have had better breakfasts at other Embassy Suites. It was scorching hot outside, so we really enjoyed the pool. Staff failed to replenish towels as needed and housekeeping was slow, so there may have been a staff shortage. Overall, though, it was a nice stay.”

“Warning! If you have pets - the pet fee is $100! Is it pet friendly or pet exploitative? Will not stay where pet fee is this high.”

“Tiny bathrooms with less than great cleaning. Stained pillowcases and sheets. Air conditioning was cold. Glad I only was there to sleep for a few hours and not spend a lot of time there. I would not have stayed more than one night.”
