“This reminded me of a more affordable, no frills Double Tree, especially with the complimentary cookies :) Overall it was a great place to crash for a night. Very friendly staff, free coffee 24/7, free water bottles in room, comfy and clean bed. I would stay here again. Nothing super glamorous or special but a decent place to see Greenville from.”

“The floor was sticky and not clean. Pillows were almost flat and like cardboard. Only one bath towel for 2 adults, only one roll of toilet paper and no tissues. Called front desk for toilet paper, tissues and towels; they said it would be "right up". Two hours later we had to go get stuff. Front desk was not helpful, finally gave me towels (one to use as pillow) and 1 roll of toilet paper. ”

“The breakfast was excellent Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday! The staff working the breakfast area were so helpful and attentive to the patrons. The food was hot and delicious.”

“I stayed for two nights , as arriving Sharon at the desk greeted me it was immediately a warm welcome with her and her humor. She warned me about the sold out solf ball tournament that was being held in Greenville so she put me on the 4th floor to prevent all the noise from the children there . The hotel is new and clean . My only problem when I enter my room the sink was clogged up with hair but I called the front desk and they had it fixed . The next day I asked for housekeeping but never got...

“The breakfast had numerous good choices. At night, there are free drinks and food. It was enough to be a dinner. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.”

“The room had a weird smell as soon as I walked in. The bathroom was very dirty. Mold in the shower, the shower floor was brown, and a mystery sticky scum in the sink. In the morning, the cleaning crew knock on my door at 9 am when check out was at 11. They came back and knocked again at 10 am. The elevator was small and there was only one in the whole building. It wasn’t a bad stay, I just don’t think they were prepared.”

“Stayed here a lot as my son plays football at Furman. Hotel has great beds but outside isn’t as clean and neat as it once was. Also lots of trash in hallways.”
